REGULAR CLEANING SERVICE
What does a regular cleaning service include?
All of our clients are able to specify what kind of service they'd like as everyone has there own way of doing things and specific needs.
But here is a basic guide of what can be included in a regular cleaning service for £20/hr. There is a minimum charge of 3 hours (£60) on regular domestic cleaning.

Dusting ceilings, walls, light fittings, pictures (where accessible)

Inside of windows (where accessible)

Woodwork- inc doors, skirting boards, door frames, dado rails, window sills.

Vacuuming and mopping floors

Cleaning /dusting / polishing furniture

Kitchen

Bathrooms/toilets

Tidying up

Washing up or loading & emptying dishwasher

Laundry

Changing bedding

Kitchen - inside cupboards, fridges, ovens, freezers

Do we bring our own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes we do, but it's entirely your choice, we are also happy for you to supply everything you'd like us to use.

Due to some clients having allergies or health issues we can work to fit around these.

Do you need to come and look at my house to be able to quote for the job?
It's not essential for us to see the property before we start work. Some of our holiday changeover clients aren't based locally and so sometimes we physically haven't even met! They'll just leave us a key so we can let ourselves in. We also are lucky to live in the age of technology and so phone calls & video calls are a handy option.

It's quite difficult to give an accurate quote for cleaning as you can imagine. We can try and guess how many hours it might take but really until you start the job it isn't always obvious and so a home visit is helpful.

Where properties haven't had a good clean for a while we generally find that the first few visits are longer deeper cleans and then once it's reached a more manageable standard throughout, then cleaning can be moved to fortnightly or once a month if preferred.
Many of our clients like us to work to a specific budget and so in these instances we prioritise jobs and achieve as much as possible in that timeframe.

You'd be surprised how many people feel they need to do this.
But really it's fine, we don't want it to be stressful for you just because we are coming to clean your house the next day. The state the house is in when we arrive really doesn't matter, the only difference it makes to us is how much we manage to achieve whilst we are there if we're working to a set budget.

We are as flexible on time as possible so if you've booked 4 hours but actually you're going to need a couple of extra hours one week then then just let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
