What's included in our End of Tenancy Cleaning service?

Here's what's included in a regular end of tenancy cleaning service:

Dusting
Bathrooms/toilets
Kitchen: including oven, inside cupboards, fridge
Interior windows (where reachable)
Vacuuming

Extras by request & quoted separately:

Carpet shampooing
Exterior windows
Garden/patios/driveways / landscaping /regular maintenance

Well that depends on the condition & size of the property and your specific requirements. Generally though we find we can usually complete it in the same day.

It's inevitable that, before you hand the keys back to your landlord, there is going to be some kind of work required on your rental property. Whether it's patching a hole in your teenage son's wall or getting the carpets shampooed.
